I have talked before about food and kids but I though you would like to see this website if you are interested in kids and the school food. I believe Jamie is doing a great job for trying to change the way North Americans eat, because we as a general population are larger than most other countries. If I could I would ask  to come to my elementary school and change the menu. It shouldn't matter what the kids say because they will eventually like the food if they are given no other option. Kids are very adaptable and can get used to eating anything. So it would be beneficial to everyone if schools can provide not something the kids will eat with the FDA standards but food that is healthy  and following the FDA guide lines. So I hope you will sign this petition so we can get fresher food in the schools and save many kids from health problems in the future.
