Brownie Bites (Mocha Toffee)

This brownie is really easy, and the middle can be altered with your favorite flavors. This recipe makes 12 bites.

Ingredients: 2

boxes of brownie mix

frosting

chocolate glaze

Make brownies as directed on box, put in to cupcake pan. If you have a silicone one that works best, if not grease pan well. Fill mold ¾ way and bake  for about 15 min, or until done. Let cool out of mold. For frosting to fill one dozen brownie bites:

1/4 cup butter

2 cup powder sugar

¼ cup cocoa powder

¼ tsp vanilla

2 tsp instant coffee mixed in 2 Tbs milk

Toffee bits to taste


Mix all ingredients together except toffee bits until smooth, then add toffee bits. Cut tops off cupcakes to make them flat. Put together 2 brownie cupcakes with about a Tbs of frosting top to top. Repeat with rest.

For glaze:

1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

4 Tbs butter

4 Tbs light corn syrup

3 tbs warm water

 

Dip brownie sandwich side, in glaze and rotate set on wax paper and top with a little more glaze and decorate. Let cool and serve.
